Breathable Porous PTFE Fabric
Our porous PTFE release cloth features a minimized PTFE coating formula, balancing air permeability and consistent non-stick demolding capacity. Also known as peel ply, breather cloth or separation fabric, it is an indispensable auxiliary material for vacuum bagging and resin infusion molding. Tiny micro-pores within the textile allow trapped air and volatile substances to escape freely during curing, while the PTFE coating ensures clean separation from cured composite workpieces.
