Textile Industry
PTFE transport belts are extensively adopted across textile production lines, owing to their outstanding heat resistance and permanent non-stick surface. PTFE fiberglass conveyor belts including seamless fusing belts and open mesh belts serve as core consumables for fabric drying and heat bonding procedures. Our solid PTFE fusing belts deliver anti-static, joint-free and release-friendly surfaces to guarantee flawless heat pressing results. Meanwhile, perforated PTFE mesh belts permit hot air and steam to circulate freely through garments and textiles during drying. Convective hot airflow evenly distributes heat to fabrics while quickly removing moisture vapor.
For Garment Fusing Equipment
Jointless PTFE Seamless Belts
Heat fusing has become an irreplaceable step in garment production. This technique uses thermoplastic glue to attach fabric interlinings to outer shell materials. Our seamless PTFE belts are specially engineered for this bonding process. We supply custom-sized seamless belts compatible with mainstream fusing machine brands: Hashima, Oshima, Meyer, Veit, Macpi, Juki and more. Unlike spliced Teflon belts that tend to tear at joints after repeated use, seamless styles eliminate joint breakage risks and feature superior bending fatigue resistance for long service life.

For Printing & Drying Equipment
Perforated PTFE Mesh Conveyor Belts
Our heat tunnel PTFE mesh belts can be tailored with diverse joint styles and reinforced edge treatments. Multiple mesh aperture sizes are in stock: 1×1mm, 2×2.5mm, 4×4mm, 8×8mm and 10×10mm to match different production demands.
These mesh belts act as a premium replacement for stainless steel and PU belts, widely applied to textile printing & dyeing machines, screen printing equipment, UV curing tunnels, offset printers and non-woven drying lines.
Compared with metal belts, PTFE mesh versions are lightweight and simple to mount. When contrasted with PU conveyor belts, they boast far superior temperature tolerance and reliable anti-adhesion performance.
