PTFE Dryer Mesh Sheet

Application:/Dehydrator Mesh Sheet/Dryer Food Sheet

Features:

1) High temperature resistance – it can continuously work under -70 to 260C
2) Permeability – it can avoid wasting heat and improve drying efficiency for it’s permeability
3) Chemical resistance – it can resist all most of chemical medicines
4) Adherence resistance – it can easily remove all kinds of adhesives such as resin, paint and chemical medicine
5) Good flex fatigue resistance – it has high tensile strength and excellent flex fatigue resistance, It’s better for small wheels

Application:

1. Food Dehydration & Drying (Core use) & Pet Food Drying

This is the most common application. PTFE mesh sheets are used as dehydrator tray liners for drying fruits, berries, herbs, mushrooms, vegetables, beef jerky and seafood. Hot air flows through the mesh, evaporating moisture efficiently. Juicy or sticky sliced fruits will not stick or leave residue on the tray.

2. Oven Baking & Pastry Processing

Used as baking liners for cookies, macarons, bread, caramel and candied snacks. It replaces parchment paper, is reusable and can handle repeated baking cycles. It works well for convection ovens and rack ovens in small bakeries and food factories.

3. Tunnel Conveyor Belt / Continuous Food Production

Cut into custom sizes for mesh conveyor sheets on food production lines: drying lines, post-frying de-oiling lines, freeze-drying preprocessing, and heat-setting of snacks. The mesh allows oil and water to drip away quickly.

4. Heat Press & Non-Food Industrial Uses

Beyond food, PTFE mesh sheets are also used for screen printing, heat transfer, composite curing, textile heat setting and filtering under high temperature. The open mesh releases gas and avoids bubbling during heating.
